Sweet Potato -Dog Edition-

This time, I made a dog shape by squeezing soft, sweet sweet potatoes into a paste. Try making different shapes and create your own zoo!

<Ingredients>

  • 1 sweet potato
  • 40g sugar (adjust according to the sweetness of the sweet potato)
  • 15g butter
  • 60g milk (adjust according to the consistency of the sweet potato)
  • Matcha (Zenlab original matcha, Tenku) 2g
  • Black beans or black sesame seeds (for eyes and nose)

<How to make>

  1. Soften the sweet potato (by boiling, steaming or microwaving) and mash it with a fork or potato masher until it becomes a smooth paste.
  2. While it is still hot, mix in the sugar, butter, and milk. Add about 60g of matcha and mix.
  3. Put the mixture into a piping bag and squeeze. First squeeze out the plain batter, then the matcha batter.
  4. Make eyes and nose using black beans or black sesame seeds.
  5. Bake in a toaster oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
